As a Therapist, I want to see women truly happy, thriving, healed and living their best life.  My focus is helping high achieving women dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, going through a break-up/divorce, relationship conflict, recovering from being in a relationship with a narcissist, or

having difficulty coping with stress.
